Polaris 280 Replacement Parts Assistenace

I need some help on locating a replacement part for my Polaris 280. I have tried researching this on my own but I have run into something I do not understand. Is there a removable / replaceable standpipe that the ballast bulb mounts to or is it one larger assembly under the blue cover that would need to be replaced? I want to make sure that I order the correct part.

My ballast bulb broke off in such a way that gluing back on is not an option. So, with no mounting screw location it is not currently installed.
