The healthy backup valve performance indicates that the booster pump is working OK.

After the backup valve completes its cycle, water pressure should be redirected from the backup jet to the cleaner, but the video shows no motion from the cleaner tail. Shouldn't the tail begin sweeping back and forth? The lack of tail sweep suggests that inadequate water pressure is reaching the cleaner - or maybe the tail is just too stiff to move. I wonder if there is a problem with the backup valve?
