Plugging Offline Chlorinator

Hi all,

I have a Pentair offline chlorinator, and I want to decommission it.

Unfortunately the tubes are all dry rotted, I broke the actual unit, and I want to see if there’s a quick way to cap / plug these.

Or do I need to think about replacing the PVC?

I had the same problem, here:

Capping Hayward Saddle fitting.

Removing dreaded hayward puck chlorinator. Want to cap the Hayward saddle fittings for the feed lines, or find a solution to permanently plug the 3/8" holes in my 2" pipes. Anyone else solve this? Any good ideas? This is the fitting I want to cap. Hayward Saddle Fitting

There is no good solution as the insertion points are in the PVC tube. If it were the elbows, I'd tap and put in a plug. The PVC pipe just doesn't have enough purchase.

To avoid heartache, I'd replumb.
