Platform in the pool after new Plaster

We had our pool plastered a few weeks ago (what a difference!). We want to now place in the bottom of the pool a platform similar to the one in the photo below. It has some weights in the bottom part of it, to keep it in place.
Does anyone know if its okay to place such a weight on a fairly new plaster? does the plaster take months to cure, or is it hard enough by now (4 weeks after plastering), for such a weight? My concern is of course that the weight will leave some mark on teh plaster.

Not an issue of weight it's more a matter of marring the surface. I'd put some kind of padding between the hard surface of the platform and the plaster, like a pool noodle sliced down its length.
