We are having the same issues. Pool was resurfaced in March 2021. The issued began immediately. The sub-contractor who did the plaster won’t answer phone. The start-up of the pool was started, then stopped for several days, then another start-up was done almost a week after the pool was filled. Then an acid bath was done. We have fought and fought. Pool was drained in June, power washed, etc. etc…We were told by the manufacturer that it’s scale. Quartzscape Tahoe Blue is what was used for the resurface. The contractor was our pool maintenance company and we have since parted ways with them. Trying to decide what to do and where to turn from here.
