Our pool is about a year old. I think I may be seeing some discoloration or "spochyness" developing in the plaster on the pool floor. In the below pics I am talking about the lighter sections. In the second pic its the vertical strip in the middle of the image. I am hoping i am just seeing things and its always been there but really wondering if anyone thinks this is indicative of a chemistry issue or plaster installation issue. I am pretty religious with testing the pH every couple of days and while it constantly climbs I knock it down every 2-3 days with muriatic acid so the PH hovers between 7.4 and 7.8. Calcium hardness between 250-350, Total Alkalinity pretty consistent around 80. Thanks!

That just looks like somewhat normal plaster variation. That's just one of the downsides of a man made product that's applied by hand.... water chemistry is not the culprit.
