Plaster delaminating

Hi,
Need some help, opened the pool cover after the winter and found that in two places the plaster delaminated. One of the areas was repaired two seasons ago. The rest of the pool seams to be in good shape although the plaster is rough to touch. What are my options? Repair or do I have to replace all the plaster?

It's not an emergency so if you can live with it'll still hold water. It's time to shop around and find the guy you want to use for a replaster going forward.

Pool is about 15 years old , had it totally replastered about 6 years ago, repaired the floor 2 years ago. The pool is not losing water. Thanks

Then the last replaster was a crappy job. A good plaster should last 10-15 years minimum and if you manage the chemistry it'll look good at 15 too.

Ouch, would you know off hand what the typical cost is in NJ? Does it go by sq ft? I presume I would have to replace all the tiles ?
