Pink spots on outside of pool

Has anybody ever seen pink spots on the outside of their AGP? I just noticed today that I have about 6 pink spots on outside white band of my intext pool. They are not slimy and bleach or clorox wipe wouldn't remove them. Pool is still closed and I am very confident I closed correctly even if it was my first time closing. Any ideas what this is? Thought? I live in western Washington and its been a typical wet winter. Thanks!
