Why do I ask for advice? I asked for operating scenarios with my VSP because I have one year of experience with it. I'm still playing around with it so see where the heat pump will come on or off and where the SWG will generate or not. Then I have to test FC with each change to maintain proper levels.
Then I also like to know how your best practices became best practices. Like above, why salt levels are tested as often as recommended when no change in concentration is expected for operating scenario. Or why PoolMath says the FC target level is 5ppm but recommended level can be twice as high.
