My TA is 80. The pH was 8.4 yesterday again. I lowered it to 7.2 with MA. Today it is creeping up again and is at 7.8. I don’t know what to do to keep it down and stable.

Just keep adding acid when it exceeds 7.8 and you may find that as your TA get closer to 50-60 then it may stabilize.

What is your TA and are you inputting your current TA in the Now column of PoolMath when you get the acid amount to lower your pH?

TA is 80. Pool math is how I knew how much MA to add to get it down to 7.2 but it didn’t stay there.
