PH & Chlorine testing during the winter months

Question regarding testing the PH and Chlorine during the winter months. Currently my water temp is 59. Do I need to let the test water get to room temp before testing these two levels or just test at the temp that it comes out of the pool?

CYA is the only finicky test in chilly water. FC and pH can be tested as-is. No need to let the water warm up on those.
