Having a hard time finding someone to take a look at my heap pump in Stafford, VA. It does work as intended most days, but often the screen freezes upon startup or shows the incorrect info (e.g. actual temp = 163*). Any recommendations on a service provider or possible solutions I can try would be helpful. To date, I have reset/tested the circuit breaker, reset the panel, and pressed the heater reset in the panel. Pentair UltraTemp 110 with EasyTouch Control System all install in 2018.
