My heat pump does not say service on the panel, but when I run it, it doesn’t heat the spa or the pool. I tried the spa alone and it didn’t lower the temperature. I ran it about two hours and since I live in Miami, the weather has been a little windy but 82°F more or less I do notice on the main breaker box in my garage and at the heat pump every minute and a half or so a humming noise briefly and stops like if it was a surge. On another note I ran it about two weeks ago and it heated it up fine. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
