Pentair Support "Technical Difficulties"

Anyone else having issues trying to get a hold of anyone at Pentair? All morning when calling the 800# get past the English prompt then "We are having Technical Difficulties, please try again later", it doesn't matter if you select consumer, deal or service center...

I had pretty good luck getting in email contact with Pentair tech support when our EasyTouch remote controller stopped communicating. I contacted them via their website. Getting competent support was another matter, but I didn't have to see the issue through to resolution because we discovered that our builder had given us the EasyTouch in error. It was replaced with a ScreenLogic2 soon afterwards.
