Pentair Superflo VS

My union nut cracked and sprung a leak. I am capable of cutting out the existing fitting and gluing in a new one, but would like to get away with just a split union nut, but having a hard time figuring out if one exists. I tried a Magic Plastics 0121109020 but was to big. The number on current one is 270141 BLK, which I am able to find that replacement part...just not a split nut that correlates to that size.

Fits the superflo pump. Shut pump off, take the lid off, and put mine on! I have been asked for this one by Pool Pros, from coast to Coast. My 3D printed test versions, have been on a pump for 3 months, with no problems. I Have them in Stock now..

One problem you might have is if the tabs of the nut line up with the lid because the clearance is too small.

Yeah, I saw that and hoping I can finagle it on just right. With the basket lid off, there is a lot more clearance to get it tightened, so guess just have to see where they land once I have it on.

Arrived today and fit was perfect. No issues with clearance once I took basket lid off. Snugged up just fine. Seems nice and thick material. I like the design as it interlocks vs screwed together like ones found in Amazon.
