I have a Pentair Spa Side (IS4) that is in my in-ground spa and connected to a Pentair IntelliTouch control panel. None of the 4 buttons work any more. There is a light that flashes when the heater is on. I had read a post with a similar issue who was able to set the Spa Side setting to OFF, waited, turned in ON and all worked fine. I don't seem to have that option with the IntelliTouch, but was wondering if someone knows how to do that?

You could just shut off the whole IntelliTouch and turn it back on..
That said, the idea that this will fix an iS4 issue is pretty doubtful... I'd say pretty close to zero percent...
The buttons inside the iS4 corrode and it becomes useless.. The only fix is to replace it.
Let's see what Tom has to say, as I have been wrong, several times, just today...

you can shut off the spa side remote from an indoor panel or from a wireless remote... the manual has a section "Disable/Enable Spa-Side Remote" (basically you hit menu and then you'll see the option at the bottom of the screen)
