Pentair ScreenLogic- Cannot connect Locally

I just put my Pentair ScreenLogic back online and I am able to login “Remotely” but not “Locally” can anyone tell me why the system will not connect locally? I’ve had this system for 4 years and whenever I bring the pentair app up it on my phone it usually loads locally automatically, but it now will only load remotely.

What did you change? Did you just install a new router or ???
