Pentair ScreenLogic 7.6 will not connect

Pentair ScreenLogic 7.5 does connect.

On my Mac I backed up the app, before updating. Updated to 7.6 and got the same issue on my iPhone which is running 7.6.

Put back 7.5 on my Mac and works again.

Local get Waiting for WiFi. Remote ERROR:Gateway not found.

When I called Pentair support, they kept wanting me to unplug network cables, reboot the router. I really do not think it is a network issue.

How do I report an issue in the latest update to Pentair?
 
I have the same issue. If you connect REMOTE from home network), it works fine. If I Log out (after a couple of minutes), then connect LOCAL it connects, just this one time. Only way I have found to connect since App update.
 
Same issue here. I even upgraded to the ScreenLogic Connect on my iOS to 7.7 that was recently released but still won't connect via WIFI, but works fine from REMOTE. Tried doing the 3 push reset button trick, power cycling everything, no go so far.
 
Did a search for this very issue and found this thread. I get Remote ERROR:Gateway not found and when I "connect" to LOCAL, it appears to be connected, but isn't. Can't change schedules, turn on heater, nothing. Any suggestions before I call Pentair?
