Our 920 is 2 years old but it's always exhibited this behavior. It just seems to be too sensitive to low water conditions. When it starts scrubbing the waterline in the shallow end of the pool (~15" deep), it turns off. I can get it to continue vacuuming if the water level is exactly right, but if there's too much or too little water (off by an inch, either direction), I might as well not even have the thing run.
Is there anything I can do to tweak the sensitivity? Any hardware hacks people know of?
