Pentair Pool Light: Halogen to LED....is it possible without replacing the entire light housing?

I have a Pentair Amerilite Pool Light which has two halogen bulbs (12v), supported on a metal bracket (pic attached). I would like to convert these to LED....is it possible without having to replace the entire light and wiring to the junction?

If you are a creative electrical hacker like shown in the video you linked to you can maybe cobble something together.

If you do let us know how it goes.
