Pentair Pool Heater Cycles On/Off Intellitouch

This past week, once my pool heater reaches temperature, the heater cycles on/off numerous times. I changed the thermistors for the pool water and air and same thing. The temperature on my phone app seems to fluctuate 10 Fahrenheit. The temperature outside is now colder at night.

What Could be the issue?
