Pentair MiniMax NT, fan runs no fire

my problem is that my fan runs but I have no ignition. Red LED on Fenwall flashes single flash about every second.
Hi Temp led is lit, PV LED 13 is not lit TFUSE LED 11 is lit, FAN LED 16 is not lit. Any suggestions would be appreciated. tia

One flash on the Fenwal indicates an Air Flow Fault. That is likely the reason the FAN LED is not lit.

Have you opened the heater and looked for any rodent damage?

Find the manual online and refer to the Troubleshooting Section.

Post pics of the heater with the panels opened and show us the LEDs.

The fan is running for about 30 seconds then stops since no ignition.
