I have a Mastertemp 400. When starting, the blower kicks on and ignites. It will heat for 15-20 seconds then stops firing ( blower is still going). It will reignite and stop firing in another 15-20 seconds. At this point it shuts off and I get a service heater light. There is no error code. I have totally serviced my heater and am very familiar with its inner workings. I took the cover off and an not seeing any led warnings. I took off the thermal regulator and tested it. It is fine. I ran an ohm meter across the pressure switch and it is fine. Any idea of what is going on?

If the heater is lighting and then shutting down it can be the flame sensing. Check the LED flashes on the Fenwal box.
