Pentair Mastertemp 400 control panel not receiving power.

Does it have anything to do with the smaller PCB mounted vertical on the back wall behind the main ET PCB? See picture - it is the square PCB
No. That board is the surge board for youe SWG cell. It powers the cell.

Also, the Spa temperature does not show the correct temp if that matters in the app.

Is the pump on in SPA mode? You will not get a valid spa water temperature until the spa has been circulating for a few minutes.

What temperature is shown and what temperature is the spa?

I tried adjusting temp to get heater to kick on but still no luck..

Adjusting the temperature to what?

Show us pictures of the settings.

The small board you're asking about is not involved... it's the "surge board" for the Intellichlor. The surge board converts an AC input to DC to run the Intellichlor, and also has a sort of comm port expander that adds 2 more "parallel connections" to the Easytouch. You connect the Easytouch comm port to one of the three ports on the surge board and it will 1. connect the Intellichlor to the comm port and 2. give you 2 extra "ports" that you can use to connect other stuff like an indoor remote, pump, or transceiver.

Screen shots of temperature. I can't get the app to turn spa pump on but I can go to the ER panel and turn it on that way. Still no heat. App doesn't show same temperature as the panel. Also, pool lights don't work, they have water in them. Could that cause a short? Spa heater has worked while the pool lights were broken. I don't think this is the problem but just want to throw everything out there.

Earlier you said:
I jumped the Fireman's switch and I can get the heater to turn on
Where did you jump this - at the heater or at the Easytouch end of the wire?

If you pull the 2-position heater connector terminal block (J19) off the Easytouch, do you see 24v at the 2 terminals of the block? With the block removed, if you jump the two wires in the terminal block (not the pins on the Easytouch)... does your heater turn on?

Are your pool and spa temp sensors working correctly? see Temperature Sensors - Further Reading

So I jumped the wires at the terminal block after I removed it and nothing. I also did not see 24 volts.

I reset the wireless interface controller for screen logic and everything works. After I realized I turned the gas valve off a while ago and forgot to turn back on.

Pool sensors are working correctly now that I reset the controller.

I don't think I ever tried starting the heater manually from the heater itself. I tried turning it on from the Easytouch but that never worked, and not sure if it is supposed to or not.

Everything works now that I reset the wireless interface controller for screen logic. Not sure if this was the problem all along or what.

First step for any more pool problems is to reset everything then see what happens. I feel pretty dumb but whatever. At least it is fixed now. Couldn't use the spa for over month and a half.
