I have the same heater and I do get an E05 code. This happened after about 16 hours of rain. I feel the rain must be the cause. Before I tear into it, could it dry out and fix itself or do I need to drain/clear something first? The exhaust temp jumps around under 110 deg. then the heater shuts down after about 45 sec.
