The heater fires and operates correctly. Temperature show about 30 degrees low. It goes goes up from the low temp staying about 30 degrees below to actual temperature. I changed the thermistor and slaw no change. Any suggestions?

Connect a 10K resistor in place of the thermistor sensor. If it reads the temperature as 76F then its the sensor, if not then its the board.
