Hi, I have recently installed a Sta-rite Vsf pump. There has been a Pentair intelitouch automation panel installed and it works just fine other than it does not connect to the Vsf pump. I would like to find a way to control my pump with the automation with buying a new $3000 system. I anybody has any ideas let me know.

Unless your IntelliTouch is really old, it should be able to control your pump..
Is the Serial cable that come with your pump connected to the com port in the IntelliTouch?
Go to Menu, Setting, IntelliFlo, (you may or may not see Pump#1, if you do select it) then make sure it says VSF.

The Intellitouch is about 8 years old. I will let you know when I go over there next
