Hello,

trying to update the firmware on the intellicenter control system from the old version 1.047 to the new 1.064.

We have attempted numerous times updating by downloading via the panel and through a usb but all attempts have been unsuccessful. The intellicenter does not update even after downloading and rebooting.

What can be causing this issue and are there other ways to get the firmware updated that way we can utilize the intellicenter app.

What exactly is the IntelliCenter doing or not doing?

Try a small freshly formatted USB card.

Intellicenter won't read USB drive

ive tried both ways…install and update through the panel and through the usb..
in both ways the intellicenter finds the updated firmware..downloads it and then reboots the system…
but when it turns back on to show what it downloaded it doesnt show any downloads of the updated firmware..just shows the current firmware
