Pentair Intellicenter Schedule Stopping

Pentair Intellicenter controlling
-Pentair Intellifli3 VSF pump and Pentair SWG on pool circuit.
-Ozone Generator on Aux 1 circuit
-Pool Lights on Aux 4 circuit

We have two schedules programmed that have worked for 4 months, but now are randomly stopping.

Schedule 1 - Pool/Aux 1 - 7:15AM - 5:15PM Everyday
Schedule 2 - Pool - 5:15PM - 7:15AM Everyday

I had the times offset by 1 minute before the issue started . Pentair tech support had me remove the gap and set the times as listed above. Still having the same issues.

Since you are running your pump 24/7, I suggest that you set your schedule as follows..

Pool = 8 am until 8 am (24/7)
Aux 1 = 7:15 until 5:15

This will run your SWCG 24/7, so you will be able to just set it to a lower output. In my mind, there is just no reason to run the pump, if you are not making chlorine.

I'd try this and see if you still have an issue.
