Pentair iChlor 30 no lights

I have an iChlor 30 thats been installed for 2 years 2 months, so just out of warranty. Currently the cell has no lights, green light in the power supply is on, and fuse is good. PB is checking if Pentair is willing to extend warranty support but wasn't hopeful about parts availability and such.

Is there any other diagnostics I can look at? A previous thread had some voltages listed for power supply output but a different model. I was getting a lower voltage ~12v at the fuse.

Finally, after nearly a year I received and installed a new salt cell and it seems to be working again.

The problem with why it took so long was the pool store we purchased from said they submitted a warranty claim but no parts were available. Due to the wait time we ended up outside the original warranty period. We went to follow up again and the store was no longer in business so we contacted Pentair directly. They typically work only through local stores but as there is not one near by sent the part direct to us.

I'm happy to be back on a SWCG and appreciate the TFP method of keeping it going with liquid chlorine + trichlor tablets over that time.
