Can’t access Intellicenter on Pentair Home App.
I’ve logged in with the same account that I created on the panel.
When I go to devices on Pentair Home App, the pool is just gray, can’t click on it or access it.

Everything was working on Intellicenter2 app before it forced me to move over to Pentair Home.

On the Pentair Home app, do you see 3 icons on the bottom? Dashboard, Pools & Menu? Tap Menu > Settings

Do you see anything there?
 
The IntelliCenter lost its link with the Internet.

Power the panel off and on and it should reconnect.

There is a bug in the IntelliCenter where the web server in the panel stalls and the system needs to be rebooted to restore it online. I see it ocassionally with my system.
 
Oh and Yes, intellicenter2.com I can access on all my devices. I am assuming wireless is configured on the outside control panel? And the internet test is successful from the OCP?

It’s hard wired with Ethernet and was testing fine earlier tonight. Does it still go offline occasionally?
Like I said above it looks to me like a software problem with the internal web server stalling and the only way to get it running is by powering the IntelliCenter off and then on.

After reboot, thanks @ajw22, perform the internet test. If the panel can connect to the ‘net, all should be good.
Just reboot the IntelliCenter, look at the phone app, and you will see it is connected.
