Pentair heater turned on for a minute and shuts down

Have a propane Pentair Max e therm 400 and it’s giving me issues now. The heater will turn on and heat up for about 1 minute or 2 and then will shut down and the fenwal will flash once showing a air fault. I’ve replaced the water pressure switch, thermo regulator, hi limit, and thermistor. The air flow switch seems to function as it should but the button pad doesn’t fully work. Any ideas? Has a very strong water flow to it as well
