Pentair ETI 400 heater wont fire

Anyone has any info on why would my Pentair ETI 400 wont fire?

It turns on, blowers come on, I can smell gas but it shuts off after 60 to 90 second with "Service Heater" light and all of the buttons stop to respond to presses. When I pres "Heater" and Up buttons, I get "16n" on the screen, by pressing up button, also get "PS", "AFS" and END, while all of the trouble LED on the back of panel are off.

By looking at the controllers, the one on the left (see picture attached) has an LED and its off at all times and the one on the right, LED blinks 3 times while it tries to start up.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Perhaps that display is really saying "IGN", indicating there is a problem with "ignition". See these earlier threads:

Here is an update. I have eliminated both AFS and both PS (there are two of each) as well as HLS. It looks like it doesn't even try to fire up. I checked with my multi miter and it appears that gas valve is never given command to open ( I think it might be leaking and I already ordered a new one) and no power to igniters. Within couple of seconds, after turning heater on, the status LED starting to blink 3 times (Ignition Lockout?).

OK, I figured it our. This is just an update in case someone else is faced with the same issue.

It was the failed relay on the ignition board (see attached photos). I could of replace the board but I decided to just replace the relay. I ordered same exact relays from china but while I was waiting for them to arrive, I just got some random 24vdc relay from amazon and used some wire to temporarily solder it on to the PCB board as we had a pool party coming up an I needed to get the pool warmed up and it worked.
