Pentair EasyTouch Screenlogic

I have a recent problem and I am not sure where it came from. We have an easytouch 8 and installed screenlogic to connect. Initially, everything worked fine from the screenlogic. However, now when i click on the aux1 (which is the pressure pump) it does not come on. On my ipad, it goes to green momentarily but shuts off. note the pump never kicks on. Please also note that from the easytouch main control panel, everything is functioning correctly. The same thing is happening with the heater on the screenlogic interface. I know the interface is communicating with the easytouch. When i change the chlorinator to a higher output on my smartphone/ipad, it changes on the easytouch main control panel. It is also giving me current pool temps, etc. Not sure what happened.

Lastly, i tightened down the com port connections as well as the relay switch connections. Baffled.

P,

Well more info would be handy...

When you say "pressure pump" do you mean a booster pump used to run a pressure side cleaner?

If so, is the main pump running when you select aux1?

Please post a screen capture of your main programming page, similar to the following....

dbtgallery.php

Do you have a spa?

Do any of the other aux circuits work?

Have you tried controlling the ET from your computer instead of your phone??

Thanks,

Jim R.

Figured it out. Somehow the easytouch main control panel was put into manual/service mode and that prevents you from controlling the system through screenlogic. Switched it back to auto and voila, works perfectly.
