The freeze guard has come on on the pool. The display shows that both the high and low speed are running at the same time. The pump will run for a few minutes and then shut off. It is very loud - I can hear it in the house. The cleaner and water feature won’t come on. I have looked at all settings and don’t see anything obvious. Any suggestions? I can’t reach service tech until tomorrow because of the holiday.

Welcome to TFP... a great resource for all your pool equipment questions, even if you only have Square Rocks...
The Easytouch uses a special 2-speed relay to control the pump. It can only provide either a high speed connection or a low speed connection, so I'm sure both speeds are not running at once, no matter what the display shows. I don't use the built-in freeze protection, but am pretty sure once it turns on it keeps you from selecting other things, most likely why you can't get the cleaner or water feature to come on.
If this were my pool, I would go into the settings and turn all the freeze protection off and the set the pump to run at low speed 24/7 until our little freeze is over..
Can't really help with the noise issue.. but I would assume the pump is just running at high speed. I would think it is unlikely to be bad as freeze protection turns it on long before it should be damaged by the cold..
