Pentair Clean & Clear 150 - Low Pressure & Leaking between Impeller & Filter

As the title says, I have a Pentair Clean & Clear 150 and it has suddenly started to leak from where the tubing from the impeller and the tubing from the filter meet and I'm only getting 5 psi reading. Cartridge is freshly cleaned, both baskets are clean, and water is freely coming out of all 4 exit points into the pool.

**UPDATE** Okay, found a giant, old rusty wrench in my garage and was able to tighten up the tubes so no more leaks BUT only improved psi by 3 so 8 psi now.
