I've cleaned the salt cell with water/muriatic acid combo and all scale was dissolved. New pool construction, built in July 2024. Pentair Intellichlor model #IC20. It's still not generating chlorine......any ideas to get this issue resolved? It was generating chlorine until around January 2025.

I suspect the cell is just fine...
Here is a quick test...
1. Set the cell's output to 50%..
2. The 'Cell' light should come on for about 2.5 minutes and then go off for 2.5 minutes.. This just keeps repeating..
3. If the cell light is working correctly, then the cell is making chlorine.
The above test assumes that the flow light is green and the salt light is green..
Run that test and tell us what happens.
Also tell us the following levels...
FC
CC
pH
TA
CH
CYA
Salt.
