If I need to pull the wire to the junction box from the light, to have enough slack to get the light on the pool deck, is there anything that needs to be done where the wire exits the niche?
Hopefully that makes sense, and I understand that there should be enough wire wrapped around the light to be able to put it on the deck, but my observation when the liner was replaced that the company put a string on the wire and pulled it out toward the pool to get some slack.
Problem is, I didn't think to ask about the wire passing through the niche and if it needed to be seals somehow or what, so here I am asking what I may need in the event that I have to slide the wire out a couple of feet.
Thanks
