Pentair app, pool temp not changing

All - I have a Pentair easytouch. I am not getting an accurate reading from the pool temp probe. It reads a constant 55 degrees on the app. If I stick the probe in ice water the temp on the easytouch changes but it doesnt change on the app. Its been like this for a while and I finally have the time to deal with it. Looking for any suggestions. Thanks

To confirm, the ET must be in Pool mode for the temperature to update. On your ScreenLogic, Does it say Last Temp?

Thanks for the reply. I left the temp probe out in the sun for a bit and reinstalled and the temp is now updating.
