Pentair and Other Lights

I am in the planning stages of my fiberglass build and install. I want know about led lights for a 34x14 pool.
Question: Will the Pentair Easytouch 8 Pool/Spa Control work with any other brand of LED lights (both in pool and landscape)?

Question: If so, are there any recommendations for in pool led lights that will not break the bank? Brand, Size, and number

Question: If so, are there any recommendations for landscape/deck lighting that will not break the bank.
