Can pentair 263045 actuator be installed onto iaqualink? and would I need any special connectors?

Any standard actuator will plug into the JVA socket on the main board. The Inlet and Return sockets automatically controll the movement of the actuator between spa and pool mode. There are 2 additional sockets that can be programmed for specific application.
