Recently Cleaned Filter with Pool cleaning company. Shocked the pool. Ran filter for 2 days. I’m noticing a discoloration / surface differences in areas of the pool. This is a Pebble Tec pool. I’m not the original owner. It’s about 5-10 years old. I’m trying to gain warranty options from previous owner through my realtor. Does this need acid washed? Products to help the color? Should I try to get a Pebble Tec contractor to review it? Any help would be wonderful. Thanks in advance

Welcome to TFP!

First guess would be iron staining. High chlorine levels can oxidize iron in the water and result in it depositing on pool surfaces. Rubbing with a vitamin C tablet will lighten an iron stain pretty quickly.
