PCB-GLX-RITE version differences?

I had an old green RITE board (v41.40), but it bit the dust and was unrepairable. The relay leg burned a hole through the board. The guy who I sent the board off for repair to suggested the new blue board with v1.59. Does anyone know what the differences are between the two? I can see that some of the components have moved a bit on the board, but other than that are there any performance differences?
 
Manufacturers often make incremental improvements to their boards that affect longevity, etc. without publishing any information. If the new board will work with your system it should be fine. Repair services like the one you have contacted can probably tell you more about what is improved on the new revision.
