Passed OCLT but water still cloudy

4 days ago I needed to drain pool due to recent heavy rains. All my levels had been on target to that point. Got distracted and drained below skimmers. I added water back now pool is cloudy.

It’s not sunny right now so I haven’t rechecked CYA but I may be around 60 now. Also my salt level dropped so SWG wasn’t producing. Realized that on Friday so I added bleach. So I did OCLT last night and I didn’t lose any FC. I backwashed filter yesterday and ran pool longer but still cloudy.

This morning my FC was 4.5. Added more bleach to bring up FC

So, right now, I am adding bleach and treating as nonSWG pool. We don’t close our pool and dose with bleach in winter so I don’t want to bring CYA up.

Ian need to SLAM but if there are any other suggestions to try first. I will be going out of town next week so I can’t that process until I get back.

Appreciate any suggestions.

Keep the chlorine elevated a little over normal. Make sure the filter is clean and, most importantly, run your pump 24/7 to allow your filter the opportunity to clear the water.

Completing the SLAM requires clear water....not the OCLT
