We are in the.midst of a new pool construction. After liner was installed pool was filled @ 1/3 and liner readjusted. Then filled another 3rd and now has been sitting for about four days. Backfilled with gravel today and waiting for inspection. Can/Should I get some CYA and chlorine in the water as I imagine it will be about another week before complete fill and pump in operation? Here are test results if water as is: CL - 0
pH - 7.4
CYA - 0
TA - 60
CH - 75
Water is about 82. Also it will be a SWG pool when up and running.

About all I would do right now perhaps add about 2 ppm of liquid chlorine and mix it around really, really well. With no stabilizer it will burn off fast, so you may need to do that a couple times a day, but you can't add stabilizer without being able to circulate it well. I certainly wouldn't try to adjust the pH with acid either right now. But a little liquid chlorine brushed around should help hold you over and prevent that from becoming a mosquito breeding ground.
