Paramount Clear O3 Ozone Replacement Bulb

Hi, I know there is a lot of discussion if Paramount Clear O3 Ozone is effective, so just want keep this thread on the specifics of a bulb replacement. There are cheaper bulbs out there that look to be 1/3 of the cost. Anyone use an alternative bulb (not OEM) for these units that were cost effective and fit/worked?

Sorry Chris, I don't recall anyone off hand who has kept the system on their outdoor pools once their bulbs died and they realized it made no difference to their pool's water quality. '
