PAL Lighting out of sequence

Trying to sync all 3 lights to the same color sequence again. System is 5 years old and one of the three LEDs have decided to randomly run their own sequence whether I choose colors or clear from the remote control. Emailed PAL in Dallas but trying here also, even took away power for 30 minutes or so just to reset the system but no luck.

Have not seen a lot of PAL lights on the forum but lets give this a bump to see if any one can help.
