My Orenda Rep, Dennis Lopez out of Los Angeles, has been nothing less than amazing so far. Responsive to every phone call and text... knew my name the second time I called him.
My PB threw me a curveball at the last minute and changed my plaster date... no problem. Dennis showed up early on a Saturday, setup his system... and walked me through the entire process.
Seemed very knowledgeable... tested everything, showed how the Orenda App worked, and told me exactly what we need to do and why.
I have high expectations about the Orenda Startup Process. Btw, since my city water is low in Calcium we are using their "Calcium Start up"... but if it wasn't, they do offer the sodium bicarbonate startup process as well.
