Tomorrow I should get the pump and filter going on the new pool then time to get the water balanced. Added the salt tonight per the swg instructions. Is there an order I should balance things from there or does it really not matter?

On a first fill, let the water mix really well then check all the levels. I would focus on adjusting the top 3 first:
- Add CYA
- Add 2-3 ppm of liquid chlorine on day 1, then later balance to the FC/CYA Levels.
- Adjust pH between 7. - 7.8.
TA can be adjusted later over time if needed, and CH really shouldn't apply unless you have a heater or something that might call for it. Be sure to let the salt acclimate in the water for at least 24 hrs.
