Order of balancing water / Cloudy Water after running jets

Hi Guys,

Im running in to same problem... Re filled tub.
Only things I added are dry acid and dichlor.

Start getting the cloudy water after running jets, prior to running jets its crystal clear.

The weird clouds go away after 5 minutes from stopping jets, and clarity is again excellent


Kinda micro bubbles ? Anyone ever seen something like this
